It is your responsibility to check this page on each visit to this website, read these terms and conditions and ensure you understand them before purchasing from us.

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Your order will only be accepted by us once we have confirmed we have your flowers and that we can offer collection or delivery on your suggested date.

Collection from our workshop / studio is available strictly by pre-booked appointment with Severn Valley Flowers, all year round.

The workshop / studio is defined as Oakfield, Aveley, WV15 6HF.

WORKSHOPS HOSTED AT THE STUDIO

We are a working farm. Suitable clothing is essential including appropriate footwear such as trainers or boots, not open-toed sandals. Workshops normally take place outdoors in reasonable weather. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a workshop if weather conditions including heavy snow, torrential rain or strong winds that are forecast on the day.

FUNERAL FLOWERS

We will provide flowers for the agreed date and time of the funeral, as confirmed by you. We will pick and source flowers freshly so they are in the best condition available on that day. Particular varieties of flowers cannot be guaranteed all year round. We reserve the right to substitute flowers to suit your theme if weather affects those grown by us or other local growers’ flowers that are sourced for your order or event.

We do not guarantee that the quality of any product, service or information we provide to you will meet your expectations, or that any claimed errors of the service will be corrected.

Payment is required prior to delivery of all orders including funeral flowers by way of bank transfer or our Sumup card machine. An invoice will be provided by email confirming receipt of payment.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any vessels and/or buckets we agree to lend to you for your event must be returned.
We reserve the right to take photographs and film of the flowers we create for your event to use as promotional material for our business.

All images viewed on this website reflect colours of flowers at the time. We cannot guarantee that anyone viewing these images on their own device/s will display the colours identically to this website.
